Microencapsulation is a technique that allows preservation and protection of the active ingredient, enhancing its sensorial features and enabling its incorporation into water based beverages, same as dry and extruded products, like breakfast cereals.
The microencapsulated process developed by Vitae Naturals is based on spray drying technology. Its main feature is protecting the essential characteristics of the material to be encapsulated.
We manufacture microencapsulated phytosterols (Vitasterol® S-80 WDP), microencapsulated vitamin E (Vitapherole® E WD) and microencapsulated mixed tocopherols (Vitapherole® TP WD), which allows us to develop formulations in collaboration with our customers.
